RPFView ships no Rockstar Games keys or game files. It works with the copy of GTA V Legacy you own and derives the keys it needs from your own GTA5.exe. Mods are meant for single player; modifying game files for GTA Online can get accounts banned.
This website uses no Rockstar Games or GTA logos, key art or fonts. Screenshots show RPFView itself, which may display game assets inside its viewers.
